Where do I even start?

Perhaps we should go back to the beginning. At age 8, I was taking absurd close-ups of a blade of grass in my yard with my mom's camera. At 12, I was determined to freeze a hummingbird’s wings with my little point-and-shoot. By 16, I was having neighborhood "Tumblr-style" photoshoots with my first "big girl" DSLR, a gift for my birthday. At 18, I started charging $50 a pop for sessions.

And now, I’m living my dream as a professional photographer. How lucky am I to have chased my passions?! Being able to put my heart and soul into this art form is truly a gift I hope I never take for granted.
